Refund Policy
At Optimizene, we focus on delivering measurable growth and results through every campaign, project, and training session. However, we also believe in fair refund practices.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the service has not been initiated or if an unavoidable error occurs from our side. Once digital access, consultation, or campaign setup is started, no refunds will be processed.
2. Course Refunds
As our training programs provide instant access to learning materials, live mentorship, and tools, no refund is applicable once a course is purchased or accessed.
3. Service Cancellations
For any project-based service, cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for partial refunds. Post that, resource allocation begins and refunds cannot be issued.
4. Processing Time
